Distinctive traits: fresh, complex, with intense minerality

Bottled after nine months of ageing in wood barrels, the wine is complex, of character, of great minerality; and to be enjoyed even after many years in the bottle.

Harvest: grapes have been selected and hand-picked on August 20, 2023.
Ageing: 9 months in tonneaux (20% new) on the lees with frequent batonnage
Botttling: October 14, 2023.

Tasting notes

On the nose hints of white flowers, medlar and pineapple, along with sweet notes of vanilla. In the palate, elegant, savory and mineral. Long and persistent finish.
